Critical Information: 
It is important to have the following correct information BEFORE you register projects:

• An accurate parent email address
• An accurate parent phone number
• An accurate student T-shirt size (If students go to the state competition, they get a T-shirt)

Project Registration:

• Register One Project Per Grade Grouping in Each Category
• Remember, you are registering by PROJECT, not student. If two students are entering together because they worked on the same project, they will be entered at the same time on the same form. *DO NOT complete a separate form for each student or they will have two different project numbers (& judging times). This could accidentally cause a NO SHOW disqualification.

• Be sure you have information for BOTH students when you register. (See the sample registration, so you’ll know what information will be needed).

• Be sure to save a copy of the registration as a .PDF AND print a copy of the registration as proof of registration in the event of any issues. (See last page for where to do this).

Who Can Register Projects:

• The school liaison may register students’ projects.
• The liaison may forward the information to parents, so the parents may register their students’ projects.
• If forwarded to a parent, share this registration information document & stress they must know both students’ information if their student worked with a partner.
